For 17 years, we are a team with variable geometry depending on the years and stories of each; We have, with pleasure, crossed beautiful personalities. We are currently 3. Idénéa ergonomie exercices ergonomics to bring work conditions improvments and solutions in projects and companies.
We are acting wherever it is important or needed to ask ourselves on what are or will be work and life conditions; on what shall become the production and security; on what is not formalised nor written but is the main thing about the company reality.
Our added value : listen and understand future users, observe and reveal systems strong points and weaknesses, facilitate points of view expression and job synergies. Our certitude: one situation is really known only by those who live it daily.
Genesys
Idénéa is born out of the common wish of Stéphane Denis and Damien Huyghe, old student mates at university while completing new product minor and later ergonomics major (Lyon ergonomics PHD), to share and develop their knowledge and skills in ergonomics.
After 6 years practicing ergonomics consulting, project to associate to promote a "general practitioner" skill in ergonomics dealing with all industrial activities was growing since 1999.
"The project" came through in may 2000 with the creation of Idénéa and did express itself in the choice of our building.
Development
2000 : Idénéa creation.
2001 : first ergonomists in.
2002 - 2003 : interventions on innovation, architecure, health and safety, work conditions.
End of 2004 : we finance a thesis of ergonomics, thus being one of the few consultant agencies in ergonomics involved in research with the ergonomics Lab of Bordeaux (F.Daniellou).
2005 - 2009 : team continues to grow peacefully. we do answer question from big companies such as ASCOM, EDF, Bouygues, SOITEC, STMicroelectronics...
2010 : 10 years, 10 persons !
2011 : new identity, new communication, new building.
2012-2013 : team evolution gives an opportunity to take profit of our new development.
2014 : back to the basics and to the core of ergonomics, help of new companies and of start-ups. back to pleasure of sharing at work.
